Exam Schedule

Well-child visits are the foundation of your child’s health care and are required at Turke & Thomashow Pediatrics.  They are important for tracking your child’s growth and development, for preventative care, and for identifying and discussing concerns.   We cover and discuss a number of topics, including immunizations, nutrition, and safety, in addition to your child’s milestones, behavior, and learning.  Once the well-child exam is completed each year, we will complete the required health forms for daycare, school attendance, and sports participation.
