Turke & Thomashow Pediatrics

The history of Turke & Thomashow Pediatrics dates back more than half a century ago. In the early 1960s, Doctors Ed Curtis and Bill Graves opened the original Ann Arbor, Michigan, office at 1821 West Stadium. Curtis and Graves were graduates of the University of Michigan Medical School and founded a practice dedicated to the care of infants, children and teens in Ann Arbor. In the years to follow, Drs. Curtis and Graves branched out into solo neighboring practices on West Stadium Boulevard. Dr. Curtis then expanded to two locations, adding a Chelsea office at 515 Main St. With this expansion in the 1980s, patients from Ann Arbor-Chelsea-Dexter and the surrounding communities of Saline, Manchester, Grass Lake, Stockbridge, Pinckney, Whitmore Lake, and Ypsilanti joined the now multigenerational solo practice. Dr. Curtis retired in 1999, and Drs. Paul Turke and Suzanne Thomashow, graduates of Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, joined forces to continued the tradition of pediatric care. In 2016, the blossoming community of Dexter, located a few miles between Ann Arbor and Chelsea became the new home of Turke and Thomashow Pediatrics at 7444 Dexter-Ann Arbor Road. Our new office offers expanded hours and is dedicated to continue our tradition of personalized pediatric care. We're proud to be members of the Ann Arbor, Chelsea, and Dexter communities; and we're proud of the continuity we offer their children.
